Two Years of Testing. One Industry Shifting Outcome.

After two years of intense research and controlled experimental work, Flare in a Box has delivered the data we hoped for and the clarity the industry has long needed.

We installed full scale generically designed flares inside a sealed test chamber, varied gas flow rates and gas compositions, forced the flare tip through controlled crosswind conditions, and captured every gram of emission leaving the system with absolute precision.
All variables measured. All outcomes documented. No assumptions taken on trust.

The results are now reviewed, verified and ready to release.

This work was not carried out to confirm the familiar. It was created to question the accepted, to understand what truly drives combustion efficiency, and to challenge decades of inherited thinking around flare emissions.

What we now hold in our hands is more than a report.
It is evidence.
It is clarity.
It is the beginning of a new chapter for emissions understanding.

The published paper includes:

• Full rig specification and configuration
• Combustion efficiency data sets
• Detailed uncertainty analysis
• First wave findings and performance insights

These are results that will start conversations.
These are results that will change them.

And this is only the first release.
Ammonia and hydrogen flare testing is already complete, and those results are next.

Our thanks are extensive and well deserved:

• Accord Energy Solutions Limited for their exceptional uncertainty analysis
• The CCA team, including Alessandro, Adriano and Antonio, for fearless technical support throughout testing
• British Flame for providing a platform for open industry discussion
• Simon Kretzschmar, Technical Manager, whose vision turned bold theory into measurable science
• And every individual who believed in Flare in a Box when it existed only as an idea

This is a milestone moment for Greens Combustion.
An engineering leap.
A contribution we are proud to place into industry hands.
